Edward "Buddy" Blackman transitioned to the Real Estate field from the computer Industry in 2004.  Starting off with Coldwell Banker and later became a Previews International Broker he now has over 18 years of experience.  He works with 

• Buyers, assisting them with the complicated important task of making their purchase.  
• Sellers to prepare their home for selling, market to the world and guide them from walk thru , to offers, to closing.
• Investors, making them market ready, and know when to sell, when to hold 'em.
• Landlords to get the highest and best for their return on their assets.

Buddy has a diverse background of experience including:   Single family Homes, Investment Property, Land or  Horse Property along with an abundance of knowledge in using VA, USDA, Conventional, FHA 203K loans.  His wisdom triumphs the field. Nichole "Nikki" Blackman, Director of Fayetteville Real Estate School and real estate classes, is a native North Carolinian.  She has applied her leadership abilities and people skills, along with a Masters Degree in public administration, to cultivate a successful real estate career. When you want to learn and laugh, Allison Reeves is your HOME girl. She's a full-time, active Broker in North Carolina as well as an instructor. Holding a Gold Standard Instructor designation from the Real Estate Educators Association, Allison strives to facilitate learning in a fun, interactive environment. 

Before becoming a broker, Allison dabbled in many other careers: a 911 operator, Sports Editor for a newspaper, prison guard, ASL teacher's aide, and more because, as she puts it: "when the military moves your family, your family moves you." She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Campbell University and in her spare time enjoys baking sourdough, gardening, and watching stand-up comedy.

Jacky brings her knowledge of pre-licensing and Real Estate transactions to assist students at the school.
