The BROKER PRE-LICENSING COURSE is the first step toward starting your real estate career.  The course consists of 80 hours of instruction required for qualification to take the  real estate license examination. 

1. Upon completion of the course you  submit a license application with application fee and required documentation to the N.C. Real Estate License Exam.

Our CE Course gives you the required annual continuing education credits required by the NC Real Estate Commission.  Licensee must take eight (8) hours of continuing education each year.  One 4 hour class General Update also know as GENUP, and 4 hours of elective your choice.
